At Curren Watch Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
